Default Cropping

What programs (hopefully some that are free) do a good job at cropping? I want one that will crop to ratios... like 3:2 ratio and or relation to the image. I like my images to be the same ratio they were shot in, but none of the software I have tried will crop to the the ratio of the image (except Compupic, but my trial ran out). Does anyone know of any others?

Mostly all editor do a fine job cropping. Calculate for yourself the 3:2 mode - it's easy.

Or buy a Nikon CP digicam´and shoot in 3:2! :P

I use Photosop Elements and it allows me to constrain the cropping ratio. I think that feature is available in all versions and varieties of Photoshop...

I upgraded from LE that came with my camera to Elements for around $30.

Default Auto scroll continued

Wildman, do you also experience the frustrating lack of 'auto scroll to the left? I.E. trying to crop something with the 'lasso' in P.E.2.0 and the image won't track to left so you have to always work from left toward right! I had that problem earlier in an old version of PhotoStudio.

I'm wondering if everyone has this problem or just me. The same running in Win98SE or Win2000!

Default photoshop cropping

I like photoshop cropping as it lets you set the resolution of the cropped area and you get to see what you are not cropping.
Great program!
