Up to now, I've just been dumping my full-res pics to subfolders in a Photos directory, processing them in Photoshop, and saving them as high-quality JPEGs. Then I'll use Photoshop to create a smaller version for emailing or posting as necessary.

I plan to take far more photos in the upcoming months, so I'd like to get a little more organized and make sure I'm being smart about photo management. Can you recommend management software, workflow software, and/or a simple but effective workflow? Simpler is better. The files will be 6-MP files from a 300D.

Thanks!

iMatch http://www.photools.com/products.phpseems to becoming a very popular image management program. They have a trial version, so you can give it a spin to see if it does what you need.
