Looking to do gridded pictures, photos were you can do background in B/W and have one certain object in full color. Best software (and what Plug-In)with full range of options and some for removing noise and other defects including color quality etc, now I use PhotoShop 6, but I have latest Photoshop CS2 (compatible plug ins with XP and service pack 2)I believe,I haven't even installed yet.

Were would I post on learning techniques for reflections shots in water?

Thnx.

Dan

One reason you haven't had replies is that you are asking for too much information in one post. As far as software that will allow featuring a color(ed) object on a B&W background, there are seveal, including CS2, Corel PhotoPaint and others.

You first have to take a stab at reading your manual(s) and following some tutorials yourself. Then ask specific questions that other users can address.

I'm finding it difficult to comprehend the fact you use Photoshop 6, andjust have Photoshop CS2,still sitting on a disc !!

I suggest you install CS2. Now. Then you can begin learning how to use the program, because this is by far the best software to enable you to achieve all that you ask and more.

Once you have done that, (installed), come back and ask about specific tasks one at a time, otherwise you can end up with too much information about different things. It's always best to learn slowly and CS2 is leaps and bounds ahead of version 6.

When you come back, quite a few members will be glad to help.

Regards,

Stevekin.
