I know this is a very simple question, but I'm stuck. I've got all sorts of weird and wonderful brushes loaded and would like very much to get back to the bog standard default set. I've tried and tried to no avail. My brush set still looks like a barbed wire sales catelogue, & my cloning is looking very strange.

Help much appreciated.

Caroline.

Try selecting a brush to bring up the brush pop-up palette. There should be a small, round button with a black arrow head in the upper right of the palette. Click that button and another menue should drop down where you can choose other types of brushes -- even the default presets.

Caroline, I thought you worked this out on Sunday :?

As granthagen said, open the Brush Preset Picker, that's the arrow next to the box containing the current brush size.

Then click the right facing arrow and from the list click on Reset Brushes.

All this does is replace the current brush set with the default set, it doesn't do anything with/to the rest of the brush sets, they are still there for you to choose again.
