Hi, just looking for the easiest way to insert date into pic, to make it visible, that prooved to be good if you decided to print out some photos in albom.

I use ACDSee and insert it like text, is there any easier way, or other software, probably you can do in batch.

In my Canon G2 there is not option to print date in pic.

This one will do it, but not freeware:

http://www.kozasoft.com/ps/

Doesn't recompress the picture.

This one uses .NET and appears to be free:

DL here: http://www.cnblogs.com/Files/shensr/PhotoUtil-bin.zip

The picture size does decrease in size so it is recompressed, but I couldn't notice on the few I tried. Check it out yourself.

Do a search on JDATESTAMP. Its a freeware and it does not recompress the files plus it can do batch job (insert the date/time automatically in selected fileswith one command). It will take the date/time from the file's data, so no need to type one by one. Its a DOS program, but the commands are all provided to teach you how to get it working. You can change the font size, colour, format, etc... Cheers.
