I am currenty using Paintshop Pro 9, but I am finding myself reaching the limitations of the program can offer me. I have tried PSP10, but their is not a dramatic difference between the two, so I flogged it on ebay.

I have recently purchased Photoshop CS, and took a quick look at it, and frankly it blew me away.

Compaired to PSP9, Photoshop CS is like getting out of the flightdeck of a glider and stepping into the Space Shuttle. But with all it's advanced features, it also requires an advanced knowledge too.

So what I would like to know is, can anyone recommend an on line tutorial, book - regular or e, that could help me navigate CS, and learn its many many functions.

Or if anyone would like to shoot me some hints and tips on CS, they will be welcomed too.

Thanks

Check this page out:

I think that Adobe has a lot of stuff on their site, also.

If you want a book that just focuses on the most useful PS methods for photographers without all the graphic arts stuff, check out The Photoshop CS Book for Digital Photographers, by Scott Kelby. The title might not be exact, but it's pretty close. I have an older version of the book that covers PS7 and it's all meat with no gristle.

Download PhotoshopTV podcasts. They're free and really good.
Also a kooky guy called Russell Brown has some great tips on podcast. You'll find them on the Itunes website under podcasts ()they are free though).
