If you mean a flash at the front of the lens, there are so many ideas on the market. Be it strobe tube at the front, price (ouch!). Reflecting light from the normal flash gun. Use of supabrite LED`s and so much more. Even made one myself

Nikon R1C1, macro flash system.
A little on the expensive side but worth it, and a third Sb-200 is also to think about.
And you get a SU-800 to do CLS with all the Nikon flash.
On the - side only the battery model used for the system.
