I'm looking for a manual or copy of a Cokin Creative Flash (ring flash). Its about 14 years old. also trying to locate a cable that might attach to the flash. there is a plug on it but i'm not sure what its for. If possible I would like to set this up with my nikon 995? any help would be appreatiated.

There is a company that is selling the manual on Ebay. They want $18 plus $5 to ship. But there's got to be someone out there with a manual they can copy.

The plug for the sync is a 2.5 pin to PC sync cord. You can find them on Ebay for around $10 or less.
