Default off flash triggers

I am wanting a transmitter to fire off camera flashes at a reception. I want a transmitter that I put on a camera and put a flash on the camera also so I can have a flash on the camera and still trigger the off camera flashes. Hope this makes sense. any suggestions on a brand that will get the job done. Thanks

If you want inexpensive, the Cactus line will give you what you're looking for. You can get them at Gadget Infiinity. There are, of course, more (much more) costly alternatives. Just Google "wireless flash trigger". Check this out: https://improvephotography.com/1054/...lash-triggers/

What camera system are you using? Most of the major DSLR brands allow for compatible flashes to be triggered by the hotshoe mounted flash, when used as slaves, and provide p-ttl exposure control as well.
