Default FinePix S5000 or S7000

Okay, I thought I would present this question for the photo experts out there. I have been researching a new camera for months now and I'm quite excited to see the new FinePix cameras. I was almost sold on the 602. I am basically looking for a camera that has great zoom, 6X or higher, and can produce print outs up to 8x10 and maybe a bit larger. The S5000 sounds like a great choice, plus it may be a bit lighter in weigth as compared to the 602. I'm trying not to get caught up in the pixel game, as I was told that the Fuji 602 3.0 MP looks even better than many of the 4MP or 5MP cameras out there. The S7000 sounds even better, but I wonder if the extra cost is worth it, if not printing poster size images. The zoom range on the S7000 also concerns me, as I wish it was larger. I know the new cameras may not be released yet, but I'm hoping that previous 602 owners or others may have a view point on this. Thanks.

Go for the S602--the prices will start to drop now that the S7000 is nearly out. You'll get a fantastic camera at a great price. Just my opinion.
