Default difference

can anybody please explain for me whats the difference in shooting mode chrome and normal besides black and white which of course i know what it means. but i am curious about the chrome thing. if anyone can help. thanks.

Fuji's chrome mode increases the saturation and contrast. It makes the picture more vivid.

many thanks for dr spock. if i may ask another question. so if its better to shoot in chrome mode than in normal mode?

Chrome is a personal preference. It is better or worse depending upon personal taste.

Some like Normal i.e. natural colors, but some like Chrome i.e. vivid colors.

Chrome is best used for abstract, nature. Normal use for people.
