I have been taking great low light photos with the f70. Love it! But check this out: on page 27 of the paper manual (not sure the page number of the CD manual) the SP instructions Pro Low-Light Mode under tips it mentions that pictures may be saved without merged. I am assuming that to mean the 4 shots taken to make the resulting merged photo can be saved as 4 separate photos??? If this is the case HOW does one go about doing that? Anyone tried it? There are no instructions for this manuever. I only ask because I have a photo taken in this mode where the human subject moved and I think the photo would be ok if I could separate it into the 4. This could be a handy little feature if we could figure out how to use it.
Thanks! |

But how do you lift one of the 4 pictures that have been merged as a separate picture ?

Welcome to the Forum, Bob-
The Fuji F-70EXR merges the multiple photos into a single image. Sarah Joyce |

...pictures may be saved without merged
There seems to be some confusion as to what is being asked in the original question. Please do take a look at page 27 in the User's Manual: SP tips mentions thatpictures may be saved without merged. We are wondering if this means it is possible to UN-MERGE photos taken in SP mode. Thanks |

Sounds like to me, with totally no knowledge, if the camera can not determine how to merge the images due to some reason, like to much movement, it won't merge them.
Does not sound like a setting however. but that is just what I am getting from the manual above. |
