Default FujiFilm S3000 Camera question about photo quality

Hi. I got this great digital camera for Christmas. I love it! The photos you view on back are so rich in color and contrast. I have a question though, being new to digital cameras. I have an option from 3M,2M,1M, and 0.3M. it says the last option 0.3 is best to choose for emails and wesites. What I want to know is, which shoul I choose for the best prints? from 4x6 to 8x10. I really would appreciate a reply from someone that really knows about this type of picture quality. Thanks in advance!

For prints, the more pixels, the better. Go with the 3MP setting.
