OK, Heres the deal. I have this cam (fuji finepix 401) for about 2 years and never had any problems. Then all of a sudden, I turn it on and the pictures on the viewer and when I download them, are streaking . As if my cam dropped acid.* So now what should I do? Can I fix or should I break down and buy a new one?I added a pic below of what it looks like.

In order of probability, its either 1/ A loose connector 2/ A faulty CCD or 3/ A bad solder joint. It probably won't be worth getting a service quote, so you will need to open it up yourself and have a fish around. Unclip / redo connectors, push on PCB parts etc etc
Thats about it.
