:cart:Can anyone tell me what thewrite speed is for a S9500 ? My dilemma is whether to buy a sandisk Ultra II or the Extreme III for my fuji 9500, You can understand my problem if i pay the extra for a faster storage device will the camera be able to store my images @ the increased speed

NO! You will not benefit from the card's ability to write at a faster speed. The camera itself will not take advantage of that technology. You might as well just purchase a "standard" CF card because the write speed on the 9500 will be the same. If speed is critical then you should consider getting an xD card. The camera writes faster to the xD than the CF. I use a 1 GB CF card almost exclusively. The only time a delay is noticeable to me is when I am shooting raw images. I have not experienced a slowdown when shooting in JPEG mode.
