Default Put yer foot down Dad

This was taken in Knowsley Safari Park not far from Liverpool a few years ago.

I was driving the wifes car through and i glanced in the mirror and saw the Rhino charging down behind us.
All i had with me was my very old point and shoot Olympus, so i grabbed it and paced the car to try and
get the shot. The wife and daughter were both screaming and laughing at the same time for me to get out
of its way but i wanted my piccie. Needless to say we survived but it did chase us for several hundred yards..

Not a scene I expect to see in England...

Aren't they afraid of getting sued?

Sadly that culture has become a way of life over here, i suppose it all boils
down to how much common sense a judge would expect someone to have.

Dont know what took me so long to find this one. We have a similar park in Canada just outside Toronto. Its called African Lion Safari. You are in amongst the monkeys, big cats etc. You can drive your car through the place or go in their zebra striped buses. First time I drove a car through I watched the car in front getting destroyed by the large monkeys who were on the roof ripping things off. In particular the aerial and the roof's vinyl lamination. I cant remember seeing any rhino. That was a long time ago now as I look back. But the place is as popular as ever. Except the monkeys have gotten smarter.
