When I saw this catagory, I knew I had to post this picture.

It's one I took this summer and it always brings out either laughs or gasps.

No, I did not edit this picture in ANY WAY other than to crop and sharpen (although I guess that was pointless.) Ya, its a pity it's blurry. Such is life.

I'll wait for a few more. It's fairly evenly divided right now (8 vs. 7.) I have to say that I don't watch the "funniest home injuries" shows (great name, BTW... love it) but I can't help but smile at this one (again, even while I type this!)

I'd say that given the size of the heron relative to the man, it's further away and probably didn't hit him with its release. It also looks a little more focused, also suggesting it's further away.

Now watch me be wrong...
