Default Internal Specifications for DC4800 (Kodak)

Following on from my post about reprogramming (hacking) firmware to add/modify features on a digital camera.

Does anyone know any details about the internal specifications of the Kodak DC4800 (or any other camera, if anyone is interested)? By internal specifications I mean things like the processor type and buffer size etc in the camera itself.

Maybe by knowing those details it would be easier to decompile or disassemble the code in the firmware flash files, to make modifications to it.

Im not trying to rip Kodak off, just I want to be able to make changes to how the camera works, to help me out (and others too). It shouldnt hurt Kodak anyway, because the DC4800 is a discontinued model.

Does the SDK kit from Kodak provide any useful information? From what I can see it just interfaces with the driver for the camera, and not the camera itself (if anyone wants it, I can email it to them... its hard to find online).
