Default Is there ultracompact yet with manual controls

I am looking for an ultra compact camera with good pictures quality. This is not a question of how much money I can spend, but itīs seems there is no such thing available at all. Yes well thereīs plenty of choices, like small Canonīs (IXUS 400), Casio (exilim) or Pentax (optio s). None of these seem to have manual controls in them such as aperture priority. If anyone should know an ultra compact (not A70, it does not fit in the pocket right) with good quality (from 3 to 5 megapixels), please tell. If only Canon could make S50 half the size it is...

Fuji F601 might do the trick.
