I want to buy an infrared filter for my konika minolta 5d (for my 18-55mm kit lens).

I think i need to buy a size 55mm.

Having had a look at an ebay shop, one seller is selling:
  • Hoya for £21.99[/*]
  • Kood for £12.75[/*]
Can anyone advise which might be the best choice?

Many thanks!

Actually, it is quite simple. Just do a split channels to RGB on the IR image and retain the red channel. You might want to tweak levels and/or contrast.
