Default Casio QV-R40 vs. Kodak CX6330

I am looking for a digital camera that has at least the following:
3.1 MegaPixels,
3X Optical Zoom,
Movies with sound,
in the $200. - 250. price range.
These 2 seem to have everything I want (above) with the Casio having 4 MegaPixels!
I do see that the Kodak comes with a 16Mb memory card and the Casio only 10Mb.
Anyone have any opinion which is better and why I should get one over another?
Does one have better red eye reduction than another?
Or is there a better camera out there with what I am looking for and in the price range?
Thanks in advance.

Well, I have no idea what camer is better, but my father has a kodak and he loves it. He has a low range model. The software it came with has an excellent red eye program wich does a GREAT job ridding of redeye, which is only there on a few of the shots he takes. More of an FYI then anything.
