For the commercial side we use PhotoShelter business class image archive, hosting and eCommerce service.
Not inexpensive, depending on plan you pay either monthly or annually by the gig and a percentage of your sales.

For the personal side we use a Flickr pro account.

Used to try running and maintaining our own servers but that was time consuming.
Rather be out shooting than fooling with code and worrying about backups .

Imaging is all about light and your ability to sculpt it.
Equipment is just a secondary nuisance.

I use Flickr. But do you intend on using the site for back-up storage or display?I dont think uploading 100 RAW files to any site is a good idea. Better invest in an external HDD. BTW, what happens if the site shuts down, like a few already have?
