Default Dust??

I'm just curious to know, has anyone experienced dust on their sensor with any of the zoom or super zoom cameras such as the Pana FZ150??.
I've got the FZ7 but it has an extention tube on it that seals the zoom lens in.
After all when the zoom extends it sucks in air therefore dust particles.
If so can they clean the sensors on these cameras?.

It is rare, but not unheard of, for dust to get into a fixed lens camera. They seem to be pretty well sealed. Cleaning, if it ever becomes needed, requires disassembly of the camera, and is best done in a clean room to avoid getting more dust in than you take out.
