BTW, your Canon 24-70L is an excellent lens, and could be mounted on a NEX body, but you'd sacrifice AF and AE.

Seeing as you already have Canon gear, why not wait and see what Canon's new mirror-less camera is going to do? Suppose to be out sometime this week.

A L lens on a mirrorless and adapter will be a pretty big setup for a compact.

If you want a viewfinder, Olympus OMD with the sony sensor or one for the panny G an GH camera. The other option, the the ep3 or epl2 with the removable EVF. Sony does not have a vf options.

The Nex-7 does. It's not optical, but it has an OLED one.
