To me, it's a little bit too real to be entertaining. (I also object to the characterization of "World War II spoof".) I still very much prefer Battle At F-Stop Ridge. Nobody dies.

'Full Frame' is the new 'Medium Format'. A good camera helps a good photographer; it doesn't make one. If you're going to use a filter, make it a good one.
