I have a yashica fx-3 super 2000 that works great. I have this one lens 28mm that when used will not allow the shutter to close once you take a photo. For instance, you shoot, the shutter opens, you see black through the viewfinder and then you have to fool with the aperture dial for the shutter to reclose. It only happens with this lens.(yashica contax)

Are you sure it's the shutter, or might it be that the mirror just won't flip back down?
If you don't have any film in it, you can try it with the back of the camera open. You'll be able to see the two curtains open, then close. It might jsut be that there's something about the lens that's keeping the mirror from coming back down.
