While entertaining this Christmas I reflected on how hospitality has evolved from refreshments, meals and a warm place to sleep to "There's the phone if you need to place a call" to now in the 21st century " Here's the connection details for the household Wifi network"!

Right on mate !!!
and -yes- I found it a bit 'off' to see the teenagers around the table with their phones all txting their mates and having 2-way yacks as tho it was a perfectly normal thing to do, even when there were 12 family members at the table having the usual sort of once-a-year get together discussions of the family's year of events
