Default Cheap digital for concert photos?

Hey all. Basically, I'm looking for a 3 MP digital camera to take pictures from the first three rows or so at a concert I'm going to, and I have about $250, give or take a little, to spend. Which one will do the job here? Thanks.

You'll need an extremely high ISO and a very fast lens to take useable pictures at stage lighting levels and you won't likley find that in a 3mp consumer camera. I was able to do some handheld shots at similar light levels in a club with ISO 800 and f2.8 lens only by bracing the camera to make it steady and only by taking shots of nearly stationary subjects.

Concerts where cameras are allowed at all are extremely rare so make sure you can even take pictures to start with. Your best bet may be a conventional film camera wi th a normal angle f1.4 lens and film push processed to ISO 800.
