Low end ones like 350D, D50, etc have contrast detection AF, which works badly in non-contrast lightning situations. They usually use AF illuminator, or make some pre-flashes to aid AF system. I don't like this.

I need DSLR, which will have incorporated active AF system, which will be able to focus in any situation. And this system should be in body, not in flash or some attached device. I know that plain SLR's have such system, but I need DSLR with such functions.

Anybody knows any?

I don't clame to know everything...
But I know of no DSLR (at least not Nikon or Canon) that have an active AF system.

I wish one did, as I feel the contrast method of AF is not very good. In fact, I'm often shocked at how bad it can be when it hunts. It can work well (things can snap into focus) but when it is wrong/confused, it hunts off into never-never land and has to hit the end of the zoom range before starting to focus the right direction.
