Default Is there a website like this but for Digital Video Camera?

I need to buy a new video camera, and would love to find a website like this?

That is a very good question. I'd be interested in the answer too.

(ok, so this is really just a shameless bump of the message so it stays current and maybe someone answers it!)

It is fairly limited right now, but the site owner has brought on a couple of people to help bring it up to speed with his other site www.dcresource.com

I have a Canon ZR40 (DVSpot reviews the ZR50) and am very happy with it, especially since I was able to copy my footage from my old 8mm directly onto the digital. The Canon's also offer the ability to pass the analog footage through to the your editing software when the camcorder is connected to the Firewire card at the same time as the 8mm/VHS/VHS-C. Technically, you could hook the Canon's ZR series up to your TV's or VCR's video/audio out and record it directly to your computer.
