i am wondering if this is possible. imagine that you took hundreds of panoramic shots from a constant point during the day. is there a way to make it video-virtualtour or do have you ever seen any sample work made like this?

I don't know if there is commercially available software like this. I've done time-lapse videos (some on my YouTube page), but an interactive video panorama is a bit far off (if I understand you correctly, you want the video to run as users "look" around to see different parts of it).
Although, here's a company that is doing something similar that you might find interesting, but unfortunately not quite what you're looking for, here's the article for it: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programme...ne/8345185.stm Hopefully I'm wrong and someone knows about an interactive panorama VR type package out there.
