I took some pictures with no SD memory card in and I guess they are in a flash? memory, how do I get them on the card. ? can I transfer them from the computer back to card somehow?

This topic is pretty ancient by now, and you probably figured it out.. But if you insert an SD card and go to the Settings tab/menu, You have an option to "Move Images To Card". That will take any images out of the internal memory and store them in the card.
