Default v1.11

Added a neat zoom facility - just move the mouse over the processed image to compare the location at full resolution with the original:

Last version for the weekend, v1.12

I noticed the saturation boost was a bit over-powering in darker areas leading to some garish shadows. I've adjusted for this now which is giving much more natural colours throughout the range.

Quick updated version - has 3 quality settings now so you can test it more quickly. on 1 1MP image on my machine it took 24s on 'High Quality', 11s on 'Average' quality and 8s on 'Fast'

He's just changing the file, so the first link is correct

I'll try the new one. V1.12 is pretty good. I did get an error when using it on a 8mp image. It was processing when (Ithink) I moved my cursor over the preview window. Got a dotnet error window- clicked continue, but it had stopped. Nothing fatal, though. reloaded and continued, without shutting down program.

v1.15 for the lazy amongst you. Can drag/drop up to a thousand images into the left-hand window and when you click 'Process Images' it will just run through them all on whatever settings you selected and save them automatically with the default filenames.

@vt - I'll take a look at that. It may have just been a memory error as under 32-bit windows I think there is a limit of 1G per application which it can get close to on an 8MP image. Should be fine on 64-bit and from v1.13 it defaults to a very slightly lower quality setting which will use less memory as well if needed.

[EDIT] sorry, small bug in 1.14 if anyone downloaded it. fixed in 1.15

v1.16 - Tidied up the interface a bit. You can now resize the window and it also shows you the before/after histograms.

I don't think there's much more to do to this now. Might have to start thinking about a 'Pro' version to do RAW and multiple exposures and maybe a Plug-in version too.

Still the same link - http://www.martinandanna.talktalk.net/docs/AutoHDR.exe
