I've been using Video Impression 2(by ArcSoft) for some time now.
The version I have is 2.05.96.

Its very easy to use, there isn't to many icons nor complicated effects.
If anyone has used this software you know what I mean
My Video Impression 2 will produce video 800 X 600 at its maxium.
I would like to produce video files at 1280 X 720

Is there a codec plugin to install into my Video Impression 2 software to make it be able to produce the HD resolution?
At a ratio of 4/3

Regards Robert

I don't think you can add codecs to this software.

It would've also been nice if it could've acted as a simple video file cutter so you could simply split up files without converting them. That way you could cut and join some short clips and then put the unconverted output through one of the freeware tools such as Super etc. thus allowing full 1280x720 conversion.
