Default Kodak zx3 question

I do a lot of video production so I know the difference between 1080 and 720 etc.. BUT .... I just got a ZX3 and since I have not had time to play with the video settings on it, what is the best setting 1080P (30) or 720P(60) for shooting ? should I use the EIS? I had EIS as my camera (TM700 3MOS) uses OIS .... I would be shooting concerts and people dancing and it would bewith stage lighting.... I know in my TTM700 I ALWAYS shoot in 1080P60 but I hear on the ZX3 that the 1080P which is only 30 frames doesnt look as good as the 720P60? I also hear that if you use the EIS with 1080 mode it looks worse then shooting 1080P without the EIS? and that 720P60 looks better then 1080P with this particular camera?

Let me know....
