Default Thinking of starting a camera blog.

Hi guys,

Back after a while. Things have been going a lot better, on lots of treatments, so am picked up and thinking of starting my own camera blog, and am in need of some advice. Anybody got any?

I want to cover professional equipment and the best quality consumer cameras, including hybrids. I'm being a bit obscure, as I want to keep my own unique angle.

I am also looking at doing a high speed sports camera project myself. Making it myself.

I'll be relying on contributed links on the top equipment and reviews. I don't aim to do forums, it would be too difficult to set up and maintain by myself. But I aim to have vetted comments and leave people to their own forums.

There are questions. The best way to set it up, the best site to host it on, adding custom menus to non blog information pages, handling advertising, embedded blog content from another site, the best content management system, legals, branding etc. It is ussually hard to find simple websites laying these things out properly, so it will take time to determine these questions, and train myself to do the job, unless anybody has answers. But basically, I want to keep it very simple, basic and part time, posting occasionally, more a news reference and information collection site.

Anybody have any advice? Where was Fishy's old blog, that looked nice?
