Default Using Kodak Ultima Paper on Epson Stylus Color 600?

Hi--I am trying to print a photo on Kodak Ultima Paper, the 4x6 size with borders all around that tear off. Does anyone know how I can get the picture to print in the middle of the paper on my Epson Stylus Color 600? I've tried Epson documentation, Kodak documentation, tweaking the printer settings, and the photo still prints flush with the left margin of the paper.

Thanks in advance,
TDP

Have you tried increasing the "paper" or "Canvas" size of the image? Seems, for example, that if you increased the image size to say 5x7, leaving the real part in the middle, you could tear off 1/2 inch all around.
