Default BEst Weight paper

I have used several kinds of photo paper and i find that they do produce good quilty pictures but the paper is kind of weak. I also started making reciepe cards using Avery 3381 postcard/index card paper but again it is way to weak & thin and doesn't reporduce pictures to well. I have Epson Matte Heavyweight paper which is much stronger and thincker and produces better pictures & print but is it think enought to handle day to day handeling? What would be the perfect paper that's strong enought to with stand lot of handeling and not shrivel up and produce photo quilty pictures. This paper would also be good enough for framed pictures. Also i had a problem of pictures printed on Kodak photo paper sticking to glass in frames. It can be pulled from the glass but even if i wait long time to put back into glass it still stickes in the same spot. What is this all about? I did clean and dry the glass.
