www.inksupply.com carries very good ink. I have used it for years in various printers and been very happy with the results. Don't use ink from a universal kit. It has to be formulated specifically for your printer or the results won't be very good.

An Aussie that manufactures aftermarket ink down under gave a hint that I really like. There is some sticky putty he seals the hole with rather than messing with the rubber balls. I found a US product that is comparable and much prefer sealing the hole with it. The US product is made by Super Glue and called Handi-Tak. I've used it for a few refills now and really like it.
