Is there a smart chip reset device for the Canon Pixma 6600D? I refilled my black cartridge and the Canon printer reads the cartridge as empty! HELP! What are my options?

You might want to double check exactly what your printer is telling you as it's likely that it's reading your cartridge as refilled rather than empty and thus is warning you of dire events if you continue to print.

The chipped Canons give you 3 warnings which you must accept (including one about your warranty) before it'll disable the ink monitoring on the "empty" cartridge(s).

One thing to note, if the cartridge really is empty it will refuse to print until it's replaced or refilled.

As to a resetter.. Not a hope in hell for a while... there's plenty of discussion on here about that topic.
