Default DX6440 vs. LS443

Are there any other major differences between the DX6440 and the LS443 besides the DX6440 having a 4X optical zoom while the LS443 has the 3X?

Default differences

aperture: f2.2 (much vetter)
more powerful flash range: up to 5.1m
and compatible with AA batteries, which means you can easily get the backups from 7-11 nearby when the power of your rechargeable batteries is running out
