I read a review saying this camera has image stabilization, but later on the review said it did not: It listed this as what features the camera has: "Image stabilizer (on/off) - an electronic function that reduces camera shake in movies" & later it says "No image stabilization."

Would a camera have IS on just video mode? On Kodak's site it says, under "Video Features - 10X zoom during video with digital image stabilization and auto focus; print thumbnails and snapshots from video."

Does anyone have this camera? Does it have IS? There's no store around that carries this, so I can't just check one out. Plus I'm new to the digital camera world...

Steve has not yet reviewed the Kodak V-610. However, you will find it professionally reviewed here:


It that review, the reviewer, Jeff Keller states that the Kodak V-610 is NOT IS equipped. See his conclusion section, under what he did not like, please.

That's the review that said it has image stablization & later on it said it didn't...
