Hi all. Adobe has released a free "unlimited" beta version of Photoshop CS3 which includes lots of new features, a new improved version of Bridge, a new version of Adobe Camera Raw and a few other miscellaneous features. If you already own a version of Adobe Photoshop (not Elements) you use your existing serial number to register CS3. If you don't have a serial number it runs as a trial version for 2 days only.

The user interface definitely draws much from the Macromedia apps that Adobe bought up last year. And the new Camera Raw 4 lifts a bunch of features from Adobe Lightroom. You can now do adjustments to JPGs and TIFs in Camera raw.

I've been using this at my office for over a week and it's been totally stable and at least subjectively faster than Photoshop CS or CS2. I like the new Exposure and B&W Conversion features for the "quick and dirty" adjustments I do. I'm not finding any reason to go back to CS2.
