I have been looking for a camera to fill the void betwee my Z730 with its 4x zoom /5MP and easy to carry in my jacket pocket and my Z7590 with its 10x / 5MP.

The budget and decission to buy a 3rd camera revolves around my having a $100.00 certificate at Best Buy. While looking for a lcd tv I was surprised at the increase in pricesthat Best Buy ran one day when their web site was down. Now that Cristmas has passed I see that their camera prices went up!

I was looking at the C875 with 5x / 8MPvs. the Panasonic DMC-LZ3S 6x / 5MP and the DMC-LZ5SE 6x / 6MP.

All use SD memory and AA batteries.

Depends on what you want to do.

If you go to the Kodak web site, you can review the newest offering they have - an 8 meg or 10 meg V camera. Only $199 or $250 respectively. Pretty nice and they come in colors.

If not interested and you want more options, the 875 is a good value and lets you set the camera the way you want to.

Talk to you soon.
