We will get you up and running.

Let me know how you make out. My feeling is that the early version of EasyShare may still be on your system, though it should not be? After you try the noted suggestion if it does not work I will get connected with some of our software engineers to find out more. Such situations are generally a very simple fix. I would like to have the EasyShare software up and working...but it's not, after repeated uninstallation, using the Kodak removal software, and re-installing the old software....then upgrading.

I bought a $15 card reader tonight, and it works quite well.

I just wish that the Kodak software would work, again, as it would be a much easier "fix".

At this point, I've uninstalled the Kodak software. although residual files may remain on my pc, unbeknowst to me.
