I have got a Kodak z612 and im happy with picture/video quality. But i have one question about video mode. I can select 320x240 and 640x480. The problem is that in review here: http://www.steves-digicams.com/2006_.../z612_pg3.html

and in manual here: http://www.kodak.com/global/en/servi...2&pq-path=8815

It say that kodak z612 support 3 video modes: 320x240, 640x480 long (i dont have this option on my cam) and 640x480.
Where is 640x480 long , and why its not on my cam, if the manual say it IS ?

This question was asked elsewhere in this forum and Ron Baird's answer was that it was a mis-print in the manual.

Greetings VDSL,

There are only two settings - 640x480 or 320x240. Not sure what may have been in the mind of the creator?I suspect it may be a reference to being able to turn the camera in a vertical orientation and having the camera display it accordingly.

Regardless, the correct information is only two formats.

Talk to you soon,
