Thanks for the review.

You are correct, of course, that the camera has a cell included that will provide enough power to remove batteries and replace with others. Enough for a few minutes as noted. The battery begins to dissipate as soon as power is removed from the camera. So, as long as you have a battery that is functioning, you should have no worry about exchanging batteries. Of course, the key to your situation is to have two batteries, one to use and one to charge.
