I am trying to narrow down my choice from the Kodak line of cameras. Can any one help me with the following points:?

1/ Which line has the better optics, the M, V or Z line?

2/ I have convinced myself that I do not need a long lens and more MP's is what I am looking for and as wide a angle lens as possible and IS is good but not a must.

3/ Stitch assist is a must. I have read that the Kodaks do the stitching within the camera but are limited to 3 horizontal images. What would the total MP be for a 3 shot pano?

4/ Does anyone have any they could post with camera/mp of camera and total mp for pano?

1/ All have sharp optics. The Z series have the longer zoom ranges(5x/12x/15x).

2/ The widest current optic is on the soon to be released Z1015, 28mm equiv.

3/ & 4/ Alan T. has answered those questions recently.
