Default Transferring images from C530 camera to XP pc

Can someone please tell me the steps to transfer images from my Kodak C530 camera to my pc, using EasyShare software? I don't seem to be able to do it. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums.

I'll move your thread to the Kodak Forum here, where you'll be more likely to get responses.

In the interim, this online Guide may help:

If you are connecting your camera through the cable to USB make sure your camera is connected before you start EasyShare or EasyShare might not see the camera. If you are connecting via this method remember to completely shut down EasyShare prior to connecting your camera. You do this buy right clicking the icon by the clock and selecting "shut down EasyShare software". Then connect your camera and restart EasyShare.

If you are connecting through a dock or printer dock there is a transfer button (on the series 3 dock it is the button to the far right) that I hold down for a slow count of five. When the button is released the on camera display should go dark then the software will normally find your camera.

As many here have stated prior you may also use a card reader and transfer your images as you would any USB file storage device such as a flash drive.

If I did not hit on your problem you may need to be a bit more specific.
I hope this helps
