Default Learned a bit about Aperture‬‎

so i spent a little bit of time on youtube and learned a bit about Aperture.

Didn't know what ISO to put so set it to 100 and F/4.4 (3)

Yes, you are learning. And yes, as you can see from your sample photos, aperture does indeed affect depth of field a lot.
